Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the printer or accessory you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Device

Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and starter cartridges, to ensure the product is protected during transit.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned device at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
